Please read this policy before purchasing. By completing a transaction on clawhost.org, you accept the terms below.

All sales are final. ClawHost does not issue refunds on hosting subscriptions, AI credits, or other purchases except in the narrow cases described in Section 2.

Payments are charged in USD through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We never store your card number, CVV, or expiry.

1. General No-Refund Rule

Every purchase on ClawHost — monthly hosting, annual hosting, and prepaid AI credits — is non-refundable, regardless of whether:

  • You used the Platform during the billing window.
  • You were unsatisfied with AI-generated results.
  • You missed the auto-renewal cancellation deadline.
  • You no longer need the service.

2. Narrow Exceptions

A refund or billing correction will be made only when:

  • Duplicate charge: Stripe or our system charged you twice for the same period due to a technical fault. The duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
  • Unauthorized charge: A payment was made without your authorization and you report it within 7 days of the charge date.
  • EU / UK cooling-off right: If you reside in the EU or UK and have not yet accessed the Platform after purchase, you may invoke the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. This right expires upon first access.

To request a correction, email us within 7 days with your account email and the charge date.

3. AI Credit Usage

Your OpenClaw instance consumes LLM tokens the moment a request is processed. This consumption is irreversible — no exceptions, including:

  • Outputs you found unhelpful or inaccurate.
  • Accidental or unintended requests.
  • Usage triggered by automations or integrations you configured.
  • Incomplete or truncated responses.

Tip: Check the usage dashboard regularly. You are responsible for all consumption under your account.

4. Service Outages

If ClawHost experiences a confirmed outage affecting core hosting functionality for more than 24 consecutive hours, affected subscribers may request a service credit (not cash) equal to the pro-rated downtime value. Credits apply to the next billing cycle and carry no cash value.

5. Cancellations

Cancel anytime via your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. Your instance remains active until the paid period ends.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension. Please reach out first — we respond within 2 business days and resolve legitimate concerns promptly.

7. Sanctions

ClawHost follows U.S. OFAC sanctions. Payments originating from sanctioned jurisdictions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk) will be rejected and accounts closed.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delaware courts.

9. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
